NEKOMO: Pengembangan Media Digital Berbasis Gamifikasi dan Adab untuk Meningkatkan Kesehatan Mental Remaja di Lingkungan SMA Islam Al Azhar 1

Beban psikologis yang berat dan intens pada remaja di era digital menuntut kebutuhan akan inovasi media untuk menyediakan dukungan kesehatan mental yang lebih interaktif, yang disesuaikan dengan Generasi Z, dengan fokus pada kesadaran emosional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa efektif dan bermanfaat hal tersebut dengan menggunakan tugas sekolah yang diadaptasi sebagai sarana edukatif untuk mengurangi kecemasan, depresi, dan stres di kalangan siswa serta meningkatkan kesadaran emosional mereka melalui uji coba pada platform pendidikan digital “NEKOMO”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 86 responden siswa dari SMA Islam Al Azhar 1. Pendekatan analitis terdiri dari paired sample t-test, dimana data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen penilaian psikologis sebelum dan setelah penggunaan platform. Prosedur seperti ini digunakan untuk memastikan bahwa perubahan kondisi psikologis akurat dan, selanjutnya, menentukan apakah platform ini memiliki efek yang seragam bagi responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penurunan yang signifikan pada tingkat kecemasan, depresi, dan stres (p < 0.001) pada semua variabel yang diuji. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa kesadaran emosional memang dapat meringankan beban psikologis dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan mental ketika diintegrasikan ke dalam Nekomo. Jadi, platform Nekomo dapat disebut dengan tepat sebagai solusi teknologi yang efektif dan relevan dalam mendukung kesehatan mental pelajar di lingkungan sekolah.
