Pelatihan Penulisan Refleksi Pembelajaran untuk Meningkatkan Psychological Well-Being Guru SMK Negeri 1 Pandak

Guru sebagai aktor utama dalam proses pembelajaran dituntut tidak hanya kompeten secara pedagogik dan profesional, tetapi juga mampu melakukan refleksi pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan. Namun, pada praktiknya, guru SMK Negeri 1 Pandak menghadapi beban kerja dan tuntutan administratif yang tinggi sehingga refleksi pembelajaran masih bersifat lisan, sporadis, dan belum terdokumentasi secara sistematis. Kondisi ini tidak hanya menghambat pengembangan profesional guru, tetapi juga berdampak pada kesejahteraan psikologis (psychological well-being) guru. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru SMK Negeri 1 Pandak dalam menulis refleksi pembelajaran secara terstruktur serta memanfaatkan praktik reflektif sebagai sarana pengembangan profesional dan penguatan psychological well-being guru. Program ini bertujuan membekali guru dengan pemahaman konseptual refleksi pembelajaran, keterampilan menulis refleksi yang sistematis, serta membangun budaya refleksi tertulis yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dirancang melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi program, pelatihan penulisan refleksi pembelajaran, penerapan teknologi sederhana untuk dokumentasi dan pendampingan daring, pendampingan penulisan berbasis pendekatan proses, serta evaluasi dan penguatan keberlanjutan program. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara partisipatif melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi, workshop penulisan, dan tutorial penulisan refleksi pembelajaran. Luaran yang ditargetkan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi tersusunnya dokumen refleksi pembelajaran guru, peningkatan kualitas refleksi pembelajaran, modul pelatihan penulisan refleksi pembelajaran, publikasi media, artikel ilmiah, serta dokumen kerja sama dengan mitra. Kegiatan ini diharapkan memberikan dampak berkelanjutan bagi peningkatan kualitas profesional guru, kesejahteraan psikologis, dan mutu layanan pendidikan di SMK Negeri 1 Pandak.
