Uji Linieritas Keluaran Sebagai Indikator Kinerja Alat Radiografi Panoramik di Rumah Sakit Santosa Kopo Bandung

Radiografi panoramic memiliki peranan penting dalam membantu penegakan diagnosis secara menyeluruh pada area rongga mulut dan rahang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk uji linieritas keluaran terhadap kinerja alat radiografi panoramik di Instalasi Radiologi Diagnostik Rumah Sakit Santosa Kopo Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan observasional. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan alat ukur Multimeter Piranha pada alat radiografi panoramik merek Genoray Papaya. Parameter pengujian menggunakan tegangan tabung 70 kV dan waktu eksposi 12 detik dengan variasi arus tabung (mA) yaitu 5,0 mA, 6,5 mA, 8,0 mA, 10,0 mA, dan 12,0 mA. Data yang diperoleh berupa nilai output radiasi dan kerma udara ternormalisasi kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan standar toleransi uji linieritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa output radiasi mengalami peningkatan yang sebanding terhadap perubahan parameter eksposi. Nilai kerma udara ternormalisasi berada pada rentang 0,015–0,016 mGy/mAs dengan nilai penyimpangan linieritas sebesar 0,032. Nilai tersebut masih berada di bawah batas toleransi ? 0,100 sehingga hasil uji linieritas dinyatakan sesuai standar QC radiologi. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Quality Assurance pada alat radiografi panoramik di Rumah Sakit Santosa Kopo Bandung telah berjalan dengan baik berdasarkan parameter uji linieritas keluaran.
