Ketenangan Jiwa pada Praktik Tilawah Bersanad dalam Perspektif Psikologi Islam

Tilawah Al-Qur’an merupakan aktivitas ibadah yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada aspek ritual, tetapi juga memiliki dimensi psikologis dan spiritual yang kuat. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengalaman ketenangan jiwa dalam praktik tilawah Al-Qur’an berbasis sanad pada peserta Markaz Qiroat ‘Ashim Pekanbaru, berangkat dari fenomena pembelajaran Al-Qur’an yang tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek teknis bacaan, tetapi juga dimensi spiritual melalui metode talaqqi dan musyafahah yang terhubung dengan tradisi sanad keilmuan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi interpretatif (IPA), dengan data diperoleh melalui observasi partisipatif dan wawancara mendalam terhadap tiga informan purposive untuk menemukan makna psikologis dan spiritual dari praktik tilawah bersanad. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman ketenangan jiwa peserta terbentuk melalui interaksi intens dengan Al-Qur’an dalam talaqqi, meningkatnya kedekatan spiritual melalui pemahaman sanad, serta munculnya rasa aman dan keyakinan membaca Al-Qur’an — dinamika psikologis yang saling berkaitan ini menghasilkan kondisi batin yang lebih tenang, fokus, dan stabil. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa tilawah bersanad tidak hanya metode pembelajaran, tetapi juga praktik psikologis-spiritual yang berkontribusi terhadap ketenangan jiwa peserta dalam perspektif Psikologi Islam.
