Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan terhadap Credit Intention to Use Peran Sikap dalam Mengadopsi Layanan Fintech dan Layanan Perbankan Konvensional: Studi Kasus pada Pelaku UMKM di Indonesia Menggunakan Pendekatan Theory Acceptance Model

Inklusi keuangan pada era digital telah mendorong pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk mempertimbangkan berbagai sumber pembiayaan, baik melalui layanan teknologi keuangan (fintech) maupun layanan perbankan konvensional. Namun, perbedaan karakteristik akses, risiko, dan tingkat kepercayaan terhadap kedua layanan tersebut menyebabkan faktor pembentuk niat mengambil kredit masih perlu dikaji secara lebih mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap credit intention to use serta menguji peran mediasi sikap dalam mengadopsi layanan fintech dan layanan perbankan konvensional berdasarkan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan desain survei cross-sectional. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner terhadap 151 pelaku UMKM di Indonesia dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat mengambil kredit, sikap terhadap layanan perbankan konvensional, dan sikap terhadap layanan fintech. Selain itu, sikap terhadap layanan perbankan konvensional terbukti memediasi hubungan antara literasi keuangan dan niat mengambil kredit, sedangkan sikap terhadap layanan fintech tidak menunjukkan efek mediasi yang signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun UMKM memiliki penerimaan positif terhadap fintech, layanan perbankan konvensional masih menjadi jalur yang lebih kuat dalam membentuk keputusan kredit karena faktor keamanan, legitimasi, dan kepercayaan institusional. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan literasi keuangan dan penguatan kredibilitas layanan keuangan menjadi strategi penting dalam mendorong keputusan pembiayaan UMKM yang bertanggung jawab dan berkelanjutan.
