Koordinasi Tim sebagai Mediator Hubungan Struktur Tim dan Kinerja Tim: Implementasi Pelatihan Struktur dan Koordinasi Tim pada Karyawan PT X (Perusahaan Kendaraan Listrik di Indonesia)

Sebagai perusahaan kendaraan listrik yang sedang bertumbuh, PT X menghadapi tantangan dalam menyelaraskan struktur dan koordinasi lintas fungsi untuk mendukung kinerja tim. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua studi yang dilakukan pada PT X. Studi 1, yaitu studi identifikasi masalah, bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara struktur tim dan kinerja tim dengan koordinasi tim sebagai variabel mediasi. Partisipan dalam studi ini berjumlah 132 karyawan PT X yang bekerja di kantor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional dan analisis jalur berbasis regresi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa struktur tim memprediksi kinerja tim secara signifikan (? = 0,320; p = 0,001). Struktur tim juga memprediksi koordinasi tim secara signifikan (? = 0,761; p < 0,001), dan koordinasi tim memprediksi kinerja tim secara signifikan (? = 0,431; p < 0,001), yang menunjukkan adanya mediasi parsial. Pengaruh tidak langsung (0,328) sedikit lebih besar dibandingkan pengaruh langsung (0,320). Pengaruh total sebesar 0,648 menunjukkan hubungan keseluruhan yang kuat antara struktur tim dan kinerja tim. Studi 2, yaitu studi intervensi, bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas program intervensi berupa Pelatihan Struktur Tim dan Koordinasi Tim. Partisipan dalam studi ini berjumlah 16 karyawan PT X yang sebelumnya mengikuti Studi 1. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa peserta cenderung puas terhadap pelatihan dengan rata-rata skor kepuasan sebesar 4. Selain itu, rata-rata skor post-test meningkat dari 56,7 menjadi 91,6 dan berbeda secara signifikan dibandingkan skor pre-test (p < 0,001). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman peserta terkait struktur tim dan koordinasi tim.
