Model Peningkatan Keunggulan Bersaing Berbasis Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Manajemen Pengetahuan Melalui Kinerja Perusahaan pada Industri Kontraktor Pertambangan Batubara di Indonesia

Tingginya tingkat persaingan dalam industri jasa kontraktor pertambangan batubara mendorong perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan daya saing melalui penciptaan Keunggulan Bersaing yang berkelanjutan. Dalam menghadapi dinamika industri yang semakin kompleks, perusahaan dituntut untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan sumber daya internal, khususnya Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Manajemen Pengetahuan, sebagai faktor strategis dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Perusahaan dan mempertahankan posisi kompetitif di pasar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Manajemen Pengetahuan terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing melalui Kinerja Perusahaan pada kontraktor pertambangan batubara di Indonesia.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 37 perusahaan kontraktor pertambangan batubara yang beroperasi di Indonesia. Responden penelitian terdiri atas individu yang terlibat dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis perusahaan, yaitu direktur, manajer kantor pusat, dan kepala proyek. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4 untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel sesuai dengan kerangka konseptual penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Pengetahuan dan Kinerja Perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing. Selain itu, Manajemen Pengetahuan juga terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Sebaliknya, Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Namun demikian, Kinerja Perusahaan terbukti memediasi secara penuh (full mediation) hubungan antara Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Keunggulan Bersaing. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kompetensi sumber daya manusia baru dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap penciptaan keunggulan bersaing apabila terlebih dahulu mampu meningkatkan Kinerja Perusahaan.
