Kecanduan Gadget pada Remaja: Model Regulasi Digital Adaptif dalam Perilaku Adiktif dan Disregulasi Emosional Berbasis Self-Regulation, Regulasi Emosi, dan Lingkungan Sosial

Penetrasi ekosistem digital yang pesat di kalangan remaja menimbulkan kekhawatiran mengenai kecanduan gadget dan konsekuensi psikologisnya. Platform digital dirancang dengan fitur persuasif yang meningkatkan keterlibatan pengguna, yang dapat berkembang menjadi perilaku adiktif dan berujung pada disregulasi emosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mekanisme yang menghubungkan paparan digital dengan dampak psikologis serta mengusulkan model regulasi adaptif dalam pengelolaan kecanduan gadget pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan dengan mensintesis literatur ilmiah tentang kecanduan gadget, regulasi emosi, self-regulation, dan perilaku adiktif digital pada remaja dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Pendekatan konseptual integratif digunakan untuk membangun kerangka prosesual. Hasil menunjukkan hubungan yang bersifat dinamis. Keterlibatan berulang akibat fitur persuasi digital memperkuat perilaku adiktif serta masalah emosional seperti kecemasan, impulsivitas, dan penurunan kontrol diri. Self-regulation memoderasi transisi menuju adiksi, sementara lingkungan sosial memengaruhi intensitasnya. Penelitian ini mengusulkan Adaptive Digital Regulation Model serta menekankan pentingnya strategi adaptif untuk meningkatkan regulasi diri, literasi digital, dan lingkungan yang lebih sehat.
