Analisis Implementasi Teknologi Digital dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Rumah Sakit

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam sektor pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya pada rumah sakit. Implementasi teknologi digital seperti Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS), rekam medis elektronik, dan telemedicine diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kinerja rumah sakit secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi teknologi digital dalam meningkatkan kinerja rumah sakit serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi pada beberapa rumah sakit yang telah menerapkan sistem digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi teknologi digital berada pada kategori tinggi, dengan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan efisiensi operasional, percepatan waktu pelayanan, pengurangan kesalahan administrasi, serta peningkatan kepuasan pasien. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala dalam implementasinya, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, biaya investasi yang tinggi, serta resistensi terhadap perubahan. Pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi teknologi digital sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan organisasi, dukungan manajemen, serta kualitas infrastruktur yang tersedia. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa teknologi digital berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja rumah sakit, namun memerlukan strategi implementasi yang terencana dan berkelanjutan untuk mengatasi berbagai hambatan yang ada.
