Pengaruh Pola Komunikasi Keluarga dan Integrasi Penggunaan Media Sosial terhadap Perilaku Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI) pada Remaja di Kabupaten Karawang

Perilaku non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) pada remaja menjadi permasalahan psikologis yang semakin meningkat dan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor psikososial, termasuk keluarga dan media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola komunikasi keluarga dan integrasi media sosial terhadap perilaku non-suicidal self-injury pada remaja di Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 393 remaja berusia 12–18 tahun yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala The Revised Family Communication Patterns (RFCP), Social Media Use Integration Scale (SMUIS), dan Inventory of Statements About Self-Injury (ISAS). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan JASP 19.0 for Windows 64-bit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi keluarga dan integrasi media sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku non-suicidal self-injury pada remaja dengan nilai p < 0,001. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa faktor keluarga dan lingkungan sosial digital memiliki kontribusi penting terhadap munculnya perilaku non-suicidal self-injury pada remaja.
