Perancangan dan Uji Kelayakan Alat Fiksasi Presisi Sudut 45° pada Radiografi Lumbal Proyeksi Oblik

Di bidang radiologi diagnostik, ketepatan penempatan objek pemeriksaan termasuk salah satu faktor yang berperan besar terhadap mutu citra radiografi yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menguji kelayakan alat bantu fiksasi presisi sudut 45° pada pemeriksaan radiografi lumbal proyeksi oblik. Permasalahan utama dalam praktik radiografi adalah penentuan sudut oblik yang masih bersifat subjektif sehingga berpotensi menurunkan konsistensi dan kualitas citra. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimental melalui tahapan perancangan, pembuatan, pengujian, dan evaluasi alat. Jumlah responden 10 tenaga medis yang terdiri dari radiolog dan radiographer, serta 15 orang pasien. Alat dirancang berbentuk prisma segitiga siku-siku dengan sisi miring 45° dengan menggunakan bahan akrilik transparan tebal 5 mm untuk menghindari artefak citra. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa alat memiliki akurasi sudut sebesar 45° sesuai nilai teoritis, dan mampu mempertahankan stabilitas posisi pasien tanpa pergeseran selama pemeriksaan. Kualitas citra radiografi menunjukkan visualisasi struktur anatomi yang jelas, khususnya Scottie Dog Sign, tanpa adanya artefak. Evaluasi kelayakan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert menghasilkan indeks kelayakan sebesar 93,6% yang berada pada kategori sangat layak.
