Evaluasi Tingkat Penerimaan Aplikasi Keimigrasian pada Direktorat Visa dan Dokumen Perjalanan Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi Menggunakan Metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

Penerapan Single Sign-On (SSO) dalam aplikasi keimigrasian Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi akses pengguna terhadap berbagai layanan digital secara lebih aman dan praktis. Namun, adopsi teknologi ini masih menghadapi tantangan terkait tingkat penerimaan dan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem SSO menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), dengan menganalisis faktor-faktor utama seperti perceived usefulness (persepsi kegunaan), perceived ease of use (persepsi kemudahan penggunaan), attitude toward using (sikap terhadap penggunaan), behavioral intention to use (niat untuk menggunakan), dan Actual System Usage (penggunaan sistem aktual). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengguna aplikasi keimigrasian yang telah menggunakan SSO. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik untuk mengukur hubungan antara variabel dalam TAM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan kegunaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap pengguna dalam menerima SSO. Selain itu, faktor keamanan dan kepercayaan juga memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan niat pengguna untuk terus menggunakan sistem ini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun SSO memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan efisiensi layanan keimigrasian, keberhasilannya sangat bergantung pada persepsi positif pengguna terhadap kemudahan dan manfaat yang ditawarkan. Rekomendasi yang diberikan mencakup peningkatan pengalaman pengguna, sosialisasi yang lebih luas, serta penguatan aspek keamanan dalam implementasi SSO.
