Perancangan Media Interaktif Buku Resep Bakery Berbasis Multimedia Sebagai Solusi Komunikasi Visual untuk Mendukung Standarisasi Produksi di Choco Bakery Medan

Choco Bakery Medan menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga konsistensi kualitas produk akibat penggunaan media resep konvensional yang kurang efektif di lingkungan dapur yang dinamis. Instruksi berbasis teks cenderung bersifat interpretatif, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan dalam proses produksi, khususnya pada produk dengan tingkat kesulitan tinggi seperti Bika Ambon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang buku resep interaktif berbasis QR Code sebagai solusi komunikasi visual untuk mendukung standarisasi produksi dan meningkatkan konsistensi kualitas produk di Choco Bakery Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah design thinking yang meliputi tahapan empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test dengan berfokus pada kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian ini berupa perancangan buku resep interaktif berbasis QR Code yang mengintegrasikan media cetak dengan video tutorial sebagai pendukung instruksi visual. Media yang dihasilkan mampu meningkatkan kejelasan informasi, mengurangi kesalahan kerja, serta membantu menjaga konsistensi kualitas produk di lingkungan produksi.
