Perancangan Prototype Sistem Informasi Penghapusan Aset Tetap pada PT Len Industri (Persero)

PT Len Industri (Persero), sebagai BUMN yang menjalankan fungsi manajemen aset, menghadapi kendala dalam proses identifikasi penghapusan aset. Sulitnya mengidentifikasi total aset dan nilai buku aset yang akan dihapuskan akibat ketidaksesuaian data dengan kondisi eksisting menjadi masalah utama, sehingga menghambat penyusunan dokumen laporan penghapusan aset. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan sistem informasi identifikasi penghapusan aset tetap berbasis website di PT Len Industri (Persero). Tujuan proyek ini adalah menghasilkan rancangan sistem informasi identifikasi penghapusan aset tetap berbasis website di PT Len Industri (Persero) guna mengoptimalkan proses penghapusan aset perusahaan. Perancangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan Prototype Model. Metode perancangan proyek dilakukan dengan menyusun prosedur perancangan proyek dan kerangka acuan kerja proyek yang mengacu pada tahapan model prototype sistem informasi. Hasil dari proyek ini berupa prototype sistem informasi identifikasi penghapusan aset tetap berbasis website di PT Len Industri (Persero). Proyek ini berhasil merancang sistem informasi identifikasi penghapusan aset tetap berbasis website di PT Len Industri (Persero), yang dapat mengoptimalkan proses penghapusan aset dengan meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi. Sistem ini memudahkan identifikasi aset dan nilai buku yang akan dihapuskan, serta mengurangi kesalahan data. Pendekatan Prototype Model memungkinkan pengembangan sistem yang fleksibel dan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
