Peran Literasi Kesehatan Mental dalam Dinamika S-O-R dan Kaitannya dengan Intention to Engagement dengan Game-Based Digital Mental Health Interventions

Isu kesehatan mental telah menjadi sorotan global dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, terutama di kalangan anak muda. Namun, hanya sedikit di antara mereka yang mendapatkan perawatan khususnya di Indonesia, di mana kurang dari sepuluh persen pemuda berupaya mencari bantuan dikarenakan tiga hambatan utama: terbatasnya tenaga profesional, biaya perawatan yang mahal, dan stigma publik yang tertanam kuat di masyarakat. Intervensi kesehatan mental digital berbasis game (gDMHI) muncul sebagai alternatif yang menjanjikan, menawarkan akses mudah, biaya terjangkau, dan stigma yang rendah. Namun terlepas dari potensi dan efektivitas tersebut, gDMHI belum banyak diadopsi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menyelidiki tingkat penerimaan serta faktor?faktor perilaku yang mendorong anak muda Indonesia dalam menggunakan gDMHI melalui kerangka Stimulus?Organism?Response (S?O?R). Dengan menganalisis respons dan perilaku yang muncul, studi ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan persepsi generasi muda Indonesia terhadap game kesehatan mental serta menilai penerimaannya dari sudut pandang budaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif cross?sectional dengan menggunakan kuesioner daring yang dianalisis melalui Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS?SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indikasi variabel seperti paparan media kesehatan mental, pengalaman sebelumnya dengan intervensi kesehatan mental modern, serta stigma publik memengaruhi peningkatan literasi kesehatan mental dan membentuk niat pemuda Indonesia untuk menggunakan gDMHI. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan tambahan bagi praktisi profesional, pengembang game, dan pelaku bisnis terkait tingkat penerimaan serta kelayakan adopsi gDMHI di Indonesia sebagai sarana pendukung kesehatan mental.
