Instalasi Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) Terpusat 12 kWp di Kampung Ugo Distrik Kombay Papua Selatan

Ketersediaan energi listrik merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat di wilayah terpencil seperti Kampung Ugo, Distrik Kombay, Papua Selatan, yang belum terjangkau jaringan listrik nasional. Instalasi PLTS Terpusat 12 kWp dilaksanakan sebagai solusi energi terbarukan sekaligus kegiatan praktik keinsinyuran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan kompetensi keinsinyuran dalam perencanaan, instalasi, dan evaluasi sistem PLTS terpusat serta menilai kinerja dan manfaatnya bagi masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi lapangan, keterlibatan langsung dalam instalasi, studi dokumen proyek, serta evaluasi kinerja sistem. Analisis kinerja proyek dilakukan menggunakan Earned Value Method (EVM). Seluruh tahapan pekerjaan, mulai dari perencanaan teknis, pekerjaan sipil, instalasi mekanikal dan elektrikal, hingga pengujian dan commissioning, telah dilaksanakan sesuai spesifikasi teknis dan standar yang berlaku. Keterlambatan minor akibat cuaca dan logistik masih dalam batas toleransi. Sistem PLTS 12 kWp beroperasi dengan baik dan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan listrik masyarakat. Implementasi rekayasa yang tepat melalui instalasi PLTS terpusat mampu mendukung elektrifikasi pedesaan dan meningkatkan kemandirian energi di wilayah terpencil.
