Pengaruh Kualitas on the Job Training terhadap Kompetensi Personel Baru ATC Cabang Jakarta Air Traffic Service Center (JATSC)

AirNav Indonesia berperan penting dalam menjaga keselamatan dan efisiensi lalu lintas udara, terutama di Jakarta Air Traffic Service Center (JATSC), yang merupakan salah satu unit operasional utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas On the Job Training (OJT) terhadap kompetensi personel baru di JATSC. Kualitas OJT diukur berdasarkan beberapa indikator, seperti kejelasan kurikulum pelatihan, kompetensi instruktur, relevansi materi dengan tugas operasional, serta sistem evaluasi dan umpan balik yang diterima selama pelatihan. Kompetensi personel baru dianalisis melalui kemampuan teknis, kesiapan bekerja mandiri, pengambilan keputusan dalam situasi kritis, dan adaptasi terhadap tekanan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif-korelasi untuk menggambarkan hubungan antara kualitas OJT dan tingkat kompetensi personel baru. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara, yang kemudian dianalisis secara statistik untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk meningkatkan kualitas OJT di JATSC, serta menyarankan perbaikan dalam struktur dan metode pelatihan agar personel baru lebih siap dalam menghadapi tantangan operasional yang kompleks dan berisiko tinggi di sektor penerbangan.
