Servant Leadership Kepala Sekolah: Integrasi Kepemimpinan Autentik, Kecerdasan Emosional, dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis Dalam Membangun Harmoni Kolaboratif

Servant leadership kepala sekolah diakui sebagai paradigma kepemimpinan yang relevan untuk membangun harmoni kolaboratif dan kesejahteraan guru di sekolah Indonesia. Namun, perkembangan terbaru dalam riset menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership berfungsi lebih efektif ketika terintegrasi dengan dimensi kepemimpinan autentik, kecerdasan emosional guru, dan praktik distributed leadership. Literature review sistematis terhadap 18 penelitian empiris (2020-2025) mengidentifikasi bahwa servant leadership kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi guru (r=0.67-0.80), praktik kolaboratif (effect size moderat-besar), dan kepuasan kerja (r=0.64), dengan tambahan pathway mediasi melalui organizational citizenship behavior dan psychological well-being. Framework ASDI (Authentic-Servant-Distributed-Inclusive) Leadership diusulkan sebagai evolusi teori yang lebih sophisticated. Namun, riset menunjukkan gap signifikan dalam: (1) dimensi psychological well-being post-pandemi, (2) adaptasi terhadap transformasi digital sekolah, (3) inklusi guru dari background beragam, dan (4) causal mechanisms dalam aturan Indonesia. Implikasi praktis mencakup pengembangan model hybrid servant leadership yang adaptif terhadap konteks digital. Kesimpulannya, dalam konteks pendidikan Indonesia yang terus berubah, servant leadership perlu evolusi menjadi model yang lebih integratif, inklusif, dan responsif terhadap tantangan kesejahteraan guru dan transformasi digital.
