Optimasi Belt Press dan Diffuser untuk Efisiensi IPLT Depok

Instalasi Penanganan Limbah Terpadu (IPLT) Kota Depok menghadapi tantangan dalam optimasi produksi pupuk organik dari lumpur tinja dan efisiensi pengolahan limbah output Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan parameter operasional sistem belt press untuk produksi pupuk dan mengevaluasi implementasi diffuser aerator dalam mempercepat pengolahan limbah akhir melalui integrasi sistem pemisahan padat-cair (belt press) dengan pengolahan biologis aerobik (diffuser). Metode eksperimental dilakukan dengan variasi kecepatan blower pump (1045, 2038, dan 3012 rpm) untuk menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap debit lumpur dan produksi pupuk. Simulasi pemasangan diffuser dilakukan berdasarkan perhitungan kebutuhan oksigen dan kapasitas kolam biofilter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan eksponensial antara kecepatan blower dan debit lumpur (R²=0,9979) serta antara debit lumpur dan berat pupuk (R²=0,9778). Kecepatan optimal diperoleh pada 2038 rpm dengan produksi 97,5 kg/jam atau 27 karung/hari, meningkat 50% dari kondisi awal. Kecepatan 3012 rpm secara teoritis dapat menghasilkan 175,5 kg/jam, namun terkendala kapasitas bak mixer yang menyebabkan penyumbatan. Simulasi menunjukkan instalasi 12-14 unit Dracon Soc Diffuser dengan debit input 0,21 m³/menit dapat mereduksi waktu retensi limbah dari 7 hari menjadi 1 hari dengan efisiensi difusi oksigen 8%. Volume total suplai udara mencapai 2657,29 m³/hari untuk kolam biofilter 112.500 m³. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi teknis untuk peningkatan kapasitas produksi pupuk organik dan akselerasi pengolahan limbah melalui optimasi parameter operasional dan penambahan sistem aerasi mekanik.
