Eksisi Mukokel (Kista Mukosa) pada Mukosa Bibir Bawah Anak Dengan Teknik Eksisi Metode Jepit

Mukokel adalah lesi jinak yang paling sering ditemukan pada rongga mulut dengan prevalensi global 1,7% pada anak dan remaja. Perawatan bedah dengan teknik konvensional sering menghadapi tantangan kontrol perdarahan dan visibilitas lapangan operasi. Mengevaluasi efektivitas teknik eksisi metode jepit menggunakan klem arteri untuk penatalaksanaan mukokel rekuren pada anak. Laporan kasus seorang anak perempuan berusia 12 tahun dengan mukokel ekstravasasi rekuren pada mukosa bibir bawah sinistra berukuran 4x2mm. Tindakan eksisi dilakukan menggunakan teknik jepit dengan klem arteri sebagai modifikasi dari klem chalazion, anestesi lokal, dan penjahitan interrupted. Prosedur berhasil dilakukan tanpa komplikasi intraoperatif. Kontrol perdarahan efektif dengan hemostasis optimal. Penyembuhan luka baik tanpa tanda infeksi atau rekurensi pada kontrol 7 hari dan 3 hari pasca operasi. Pasien menunjukkan perbaikan fungsional dan estetik yang memuaskan. Teknik eksisi metode jepit dengan klem arteri terbukti efektif, aman, dan ekonomis untuk penatalaksanaan mukokel pada anak. Modifikasi alat yang tersedia memberikan hasil klinis yang baik dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien tinggi.
