Analisis Pemilihan Alternatif Review Design pada Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Solo-Yogyakarta-Nyia Kulonprogo Seksi 1 Paket 1.2

Industri konstruksi memiliki peran krusial dalam pembangunan infrastruktur yang menjadi prioritas pemerintah. Namun, proyek konstruksi sering menghadapi tantangan yang berdampak pada produktivitas akibat ketidakpastian kondisi lapangan. Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan review design pada pekerjaan timbunan Proyek Jalan Tol Solo-Yogyakarta-NYIA Kulon Progo Seksi 1 Paket 1.2 untuk meningkatkan efisiensi biaya dan efektivitas waktu. Data diperoleh melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan 19 stakeholder dan penyebaran kuesioner. Tiga alternatif gabungan review design dianalisis menggunakan metode Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) dengan kriteria biaya dan waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Review Design 1 dan 2 (RD1-RD2) memberikan efisiensi biaya terbaik dengan biaya Rp685.031.473.550,83 dan penghematan sebesar Rp145.146.955.570,84. Untuk efektivitas waktu, Review Design 3 (RD3) menunjukkan kapasitas produksi tertinggi sebesar 6.742,72 m³/hari. Pembobotan kriteria berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil akhir, dimana alternatif RD1-1 dan RD2-1 dengan bobot biaya 60% memberikan nilai terbaik sebesar Rp411.018.884.130,50, sedangkan RD3-1 dengan bobot waktu 40% menghasilkan kapasitas produksi 2.697,09 m³/hari. Review design terbukti dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proyek konstruksi jalan tol tanpa mengurangi kualitas.
