Gambaran Ultrasonografi Hati pada Pasien Perlemakan Hati Non-Alkoholik dengan Diabetes Melitus

Penyakit perlemakan hati non-alkoholik (NAFLD), merupakan penyakit hati paling umum terjadi di seluruh dunia. Diabetes melitus (DM) merupakan masalah yang berat di Indonesia. Indonesia menempati peringkat ketujuh dari 10 negara dengan angka DM tertinggi di dunia pada tahun 2019 dengan total 10,7 juta pasien DM. Resiko NAFLD meningkat 5 kali lipat oleh karena beberapa hal seperti resistensi insulin, dislipidemia dan akumulasi trigliserida hati dan sel beta pankreas yang rusak pada DMT2. Pencitraan Ultrasonografi (USG) merupakan teknik pencitraan lini pertama untuk steatosis yang dapat menunjukkan peningkatan ekogenisitas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran ultrasonografi hati pada pasien yang menderita perlemakan hati non-alkoholik dengan diabetes melitus di RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou periode September 2023 – Agustus 2024. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif retrospektif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional yang menggunakan data sekunder berupa rekam medik di RSUP. Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa pasien penyakit perlemakan hati non-alkoholik dengan diabetes melitus di RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou selama periode September 2023 – Agustus 2024 dengan 80 sampel didominasi oleh jenis kelamin laki-laki (55,0%), dan kelompok usia 56–65 tahun (47,5%), derajat keparahan yang mendominasi adalah derajat 1 (60,0%). Kesimpulannya menyatakan bahwa pasien penyakit perlemakan hati non-alkoholik dengan diabetes melitus ditemukan dominan terjadi pada jenis kelamin laki-laki, berada pada kelompok usia lansia akhir (56-65 tahun), dan berada pada derajat keparahan 1.
